Comfortable work environment

Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, finding a comfortable work environment is essential. What I enjoy most about CID is that I can participate in and organize activities like team building. Employers who encourage camaraderie through team-building activities and after-work events can help coworkers build stronger relationships.

I really enjoyed taking part in the CID team building in Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay (THE VILLA) last March 31 to April 01, 2022. Such a great experience and lots of fun too.

the CID's head of finance and administration, I gained a lot of knowledge about clerical work in both finance and administration. We occasionally misinterpret one another, but we always handle things professionally and work as a team to find a solution. Our messengers, Edwin, and Kits, additionally provide ongoing support in the administrative department.  

One thing I love about my job is that CID offers a flexible schedule, which makes it easier to fit in appointments, family commitments, and personal needs. For instance, CID offers a work-from-home program for its employees as a solution to the rising transportation costs of today, bringing convenience to their workers.

In addition, the management group is highly motivating and genuinely cares about the success of both the business and its staff. They provide an answer extremely quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Along with your base salary, receiving good benefits is an important aspect of enjoying your job. We offer a health card at CID that includes full health care, dental, and vision coverage. CID also provides paid holidays, sick days, and personal days beyond the mandatory number of days, which are an important part of feeling satisfied at work.

It's nice to be goofy every now and then. On October 31, 2021, CID held its first-ever Halloween party, and each of us dressed up in a spooky costume for a chance to win the best costume of all. Fortunately, I am one of the four winners for my costume "Manananggal."
